Amateur Photography – privilege, humility

I recently had occasion, once again, to realise how privileged I am to live where I do. The above is my daily fare. I’ll never take it for granted and I’ll never get used to it either.

My camera is a little hand-held jobbie so it doesn’t take very good vista photos. But still.

Center… Bottom center… Bottom right… It is 5am here and I just woke up… Squinty eyes and all… My eyes were drawn straight to these three… Primary colors…

    Your sky is awesome…

    • Very pleased it made your day. Sky’s are clear today and a dreadful typical August wind is keeping it that way. I’ve been living here for two and a half years and I still wake up, also as early as I can, and can’t wait to open the curtains to see what’s going on outside. Keeping me sane.
