The Day’s Eye

Did you know that the common daisy is OE  for ‘the day’s eye’.

The first daisy has different petals. It grew up a little distance from the rest of the community of daisies in the same garden patch.

The last daisy has one ray out of kilter.

Celebrating difference then – and the space available to be different – safely so.

Artist Statement or rationale or why do I do what I do



I make art, I read a lot and I'm now trying to write as well. Otherwise I belong to a cat by the name of Charlie that drives me nuts sometimes and other times makes me melt with love for her.
