will i never learn? NEVER delete a photo! I think I must have done it in a moment of trying to be organised, listened to advice about throwing out what you’ll probably never use. Probably … probably better to keep it for in case. I have slips of paper, really tiny ones, old paint tubes, used palettes, bits of shaped wood left over from my carpentry endeavours, broken plates, rusted pieces of chain … the list is endless. It’s not garbage, it’s art material.

Luckily I found another version of the photo I wanted to post in answer to the water drops on the f-Stop Fun blog. It’s inspiring work and it reminded me to look out for the extraordinary in the ordinary.

It’s technically not as good as f-Stop Fun’s but I like the atmosphere of my photo.

And a rusted chain for in case one may need it one day.

I’m imagining the organised shaking their heads at the idiosyncracies of the disorganised.
